Black Frost is a Demon in the Megami Tensei franchise.
Profile
Origin
Black Frost is an original creation, being an evil version of the series mascot Jack Frost.
Design
Black Frost's is designed to be a dark counterpart to Jack Frost's design. In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Black Frost appears as a black chubby snowman-like creature, with arms and legs. His face is made up of two red eyes angled to make him look angry, he is without a nose, and has a mouth with a gradient from black to red, that also has two small white teeth sticking out of the top. He also has four sharp, claw-like fingers per hand, and a small tail the same color as his body. He wears a purple cap with long, bent horns sticking outwards from the back half of the top. His cap also has a small yellow demon-like symbol on the front, and extends down to cover roughly where ears would normally go. He also wears a purple spiky collar reminiscent to what a jester would wear, and form-fitting purple boots with a yellow trim on top.
For Persona 3, he was lightly redesigned, the demon shape on his cap was given a large smile and eyes, his boots were made more loose fitting, with rounded off ends, and his collar's size was increased. However most of these changes, besides the larger collar, were reverted in his Persona 5: The Phantom X design.
