Naoto Hiraoka (平岡 直人, Hiraoka Naoto) is a Japanese video game producer and manager that works at Atlus. From 2012 to 2018 Hiraoka served as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Atlus U.S.A., and since then he has moved to the role of Atlus brand owner.[1][2]

He joined the Atlus in 2001, became the head of overall development in 2007, and was appointed executive director in 2011.[3]
