In Mikage-cho

This location can be explored once Mark has been rescued from Mikage Police Station. No demons are encountered in this location.

Elly can be encountered in the central Subway Area. If Brown or Ayase have not been recruited into the party, she will ask if she can join the party. If the protagonist accepts, she will become a party member for the rest of the game. If the protagonist rejects her instead, she will leave and cannot be recruited into the party again, allowing for Ayase or Reiji to be recruited later.

In the Idealized World

This location becomes accessible once the party can leave St. Hermelin High School. It is the only way to navigate between the western and eastern section of the Idealized World's Mikage-cho.

The western half of the subway can be explored freely, however the party cannot access the eastern half until the Expel Mirror is retrieved at the Historical Society, which allows the party to fight Yog-Sothoth Jr..

After visiting Mana Castle for the first time, the encounters will change. Once Saurva has been defeated at Mana Castle, Mikage Subway cannot be accessed again, making the western side of town inaccessible.

Boss

Yog-Sothoth Jr. is fought in the B1 Subway Area, the area that connects the western and eastern sections of Mikage Subway. In order to fight the boss and pass to the other side, the party has to retrieve the Expel Mirror from the Historical Society after visiting the Alaya Shrine.
