Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair
- On the fifth island, the collectable Monokuma dolls can be seen wearing a keyboard strapped to their forearms with wires connecting to different bits of machinery around their body, possibly referencing the COMPs worn in the Shin Megami Tensei and Devil Summoner series.
Etrian Odyssey
- In Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard, the Gunner class's default portrait features a Jack Frost pin on the character's hat. In the HD Remaster, the new Gunner design similarly features a Black Frost pin.
- The Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection featured character portraits for Ren Amamiya and Ringo in Etrian Odyssey HD, Demi-fiend and Teddie in Etrian Odyssey II HD, and Nahobino and Aigis in Etrian Odyssey III HD as a DLC pre-order bonus.
Guruguru Garakutāzu

My Lovesick Life as a '90s Otaku
- The protagonist Megumi Sato is a fan of the Megami Tensei franchise and owns several items of merchandise from the series.
- A Jack Frost plushie can be seen in the background of her room in chapter 1.
- In chapter 3 it's revealed that she has a hand-drawn Karukozaka High School emblem sticker attached to her student handbook.
No Matter How I Look at It, It's You Guys' Fault I'm Not Popular!
- In chapter 13 of the manga, the main character Tomoko Kuroki can be seen fighting the post-game boss battle against the Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner protagonist in the PlayStation version of Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers. This reference was also present in episode 7 of the anime adaptation "Since I'm Not Popular, I'll Enjoy My Summer Break", but slightly changed so that the in-game character had blond hair, wore red and black clothing, and was in a different pose.
Nyaruko: Crawling with Love
- In season 1, episode 7, Nyaruko and Mahiro Yasaka visit a shrine named "Awaya Jinja"[a], referencing the Alaya Shrines[b] from Megami Ibunroku Persona, Persona 2: Innocent Sin, and Persona 2: Eternal Punishment.
