Margaret is a character in Persona 4 and its spin-offs.

Profile

Margaret is a Velvet Room attendant who works under Igor and assists the protagonist during his quest to find the truth. She has a somewhat solemn personality, but occasionally makes deadpan remarks. Like the other attendants, Margaret wears all blue, and has platinum hair and yellow eyes.

Soejima designed Margaret with the allure of an older woman and a shorter skirt for moving around in combat. Her face is a little scary as Atlus wanted to make players feel threatened by the idea of having to fight her.[1]
