Loup-garou is the French word for "werewolf".

Design

Loup-garou is a large, muscular werewolf with black skin, claws and fangs, and torn clothes with blond hair and golden eyes. His blue jacket with red stripes on the sleeves and white pants are the same colors as the modern tricolor flag of France.
