In Persona 3 Portable, Junpei replaces Kenji Tomochika as the Magician for the female protagonist.

Junpei can be found in classroom 2-F at Gekkoukan. Since he is a school-related Social Link, he is unavailable on the week before exams, and also unavailable when school is on vacation.

Junpei uses two-handed swords in battle which inflict Slash damage. With his Personas Hermes and Trismegistus, Junpei can use all three types of physical damage and Fire spells. Among the party members, Junpei has very high Strength and above-average Endurance, but below-average Agility, and the lowest Magic.
