Suzuka Gongen is a Persona in Persona 4. It is the second Persona of Chie Satonaka.
Profile
Origin
Suzuka Gongen, also known as Suzuka Gozen or Tate Eboshi, is a figure from Japanese culture who came from Mt. Suzuka and, depending on the tale, takes on the role of a thief or a demon.
Suzuka Gongen is enshrined in the Gion Festival as Seoritsuhime,[1] one of the four gods of purification that make up Haraedo-no-Okami. Seoritsuhime also has a relation with Amaterasu and in some interpretations, is the violent side of Amaterasu's spirit.[2]
Design
Tomoe's motorcycle helmet changes into an off-road helmet when she evolves into Suzuka Gongen as Soejima thought that expressed driving on paths without defined roads, and would thus be seen as stronger.[3]
