Shin Megami Tensei II

Kuzuryu is a great nine-headed dragon that makes up the mountains of the Makai and Underground Tokyo. Created by YHVH and given to Lucifer under the orders that he would use it to destroy humanity, Lucifer used Moloch to funnel magnetite into Kuzuryu to give it power. However, Lucifer only pretended to be following YHVH's orders, as if all of the Kuzuryu's nine heads were activated, they would destroy the Makai as well. Instead, Lucifer secretly plotted to only activate one of the Kuzuryu's heads to destroy just Tokyo Millennium.[1][2]

On the Neutral route, as Lucifer dies, he reveals that without him to control it, the Kuzuryu will go on an indiscriminate rampage of destruction. Afterwards, Daleth appears, urging Aleph to go to the Underground and stop it. Upon reaching the Underground, Stephen appears and transports Aleph's party to the Kuzuryu's location, arriving just as it awakens to defeat it.

Similarly, on the Law route, the Kuzuryu also goes out of control upon Lucifer's death. Before its rampage can reach Eden, Satan teleports himself and the party onto the Megiddo Ark and launches it into orbit, narrowly escaping the Kuzuryu's wrath, and shortly thereafter destroying it along with the rest of the planet's lifeforms with the Ark's "Erase' function.

On the Chaos route, Lucifer successfully unleashes a sole head of the Kuzuryu onto Millennium, leaving the city entirely decimated.
