Mitsuru is capable of using Blizzard Edge, a Theurgy skill introduced in Persona 3 Reload.
When Mitsuru awakens to her Ultimate Persona Artemisia, Mitsuru gains a new Theurgy skill named Blade of Execution.
In order to fill her Theurgy gauge more quickly, Mitsuru must successfully inflict an ailment on an enemy or lower their stats.

Mitsuru can be found near the faculty office at Gekkoukan. Since she is a school-related Social Link, she is unavailable on the week before exams, and also unavailable when school is on vacation.
On some days off school, Mitsuru will text the protagonist and ask him out. More information about these can be found under Hangouts.
