Persona 4 Golden is an enhanced edition of the 2008 role-playing game Persona 4, the fifth entry in the Persona series. It was developed and published by Atlus for the PlayStation Vita and released on June 14, 2012 in Japan, and subsequently on November 20 in North America that same year. In South Korea, the game released on August 24, 2012. In Australia and Europe, the game released on February 21 and 22 in 2013, respectively.
On June 13, 2020, Persona 4 Golden was re-released worldwide for Steam. Three years later, on January 19, 2023, the game saw another worldwide release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
