Origin

Design

Thoth appears as a white-furred baboon holding an open book on his lap. On his head is an ancient Egyptian symbol known as the moon disk, and the Eye of Horus, another important symbol, is shown on the front and back covers of his book. It also wears an ornate stole, with a gold rhombus design on the front and a turquoise teardrop design around the shoulders and back.
