Halphas is a Demon in the Megami Tensei franchise.

Origin

Halphas is the thirty-eighth demon alleged to have been summoned by King Solomon of Israel in the occult book, The Lesser Key of Solomon. It is described as a dove or stork that speaks with a human voice and lends weaponry to its summoner. It is an Earl of Hell, and commands twenty-six legions of demons.

According to Kazuma Kaneko Works VII, Halphas's design is based on the woodcut illustration of Malphas in the Dictionnaire Infernal.^[1] However, it more closely resembles the same book's illustration of Caim.
