Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner 2
When the Embryon arrive in the real world and meet with the Lokapala, Roland reveals to them that the Varin Omega they knew was based on Colonel Terrence E. Beck, who had died five years prior. Colonel Beck oversaw the Asura Project, but died during the incident that turned the Sun black.
Colonel Beck appears in the data of the past that Schroedinger shows to Serph. He saw Sera's virtual paradise, and thought of taking it for the Asura Project. Heat O'Brien protested, saying that Sera needed an escape from the God Project to lower her physical and mental stress, but Serph Sheffield denied this and let the Colonel have it, turning it into the Junkyard. The Colonel later appeared right as Sera sent her sadness to God, and was killed by Real Varna.
Varin Omega's Solar Data later appears in the third layer of the Sun, mindlessly guarding the way to the fourth layer. He transforms into Ravana, but is defeated.
