Profile

Origin

In Greek mythology, Python is a large serpent said to have guarded Delphi (also known as Pytho), which was believed by the Greeks to be the center of the earth. The god Apollo is said to have killed the serpent and claimed Delphi as the site of his temple.

Design

Python was designed by Kazuma Kaneko for Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner. It is depicted as a python skull with a serpentine body made of flowing grey smoke.
