Upon reaching 2nd Ave. and unlocking the Velvet Room, Morgana joins the party. This floor introduces spotlights which force an encounter when stepped on, but can be turned off.

Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth
"Kamoshidaman" is a superhero movie starring the eponymous Kamoshidaman, a hero bearing Suguru Kamoshida's likeness who fights "injustice" in Kamo City, this being anything that opposes him, as he is portrayed as "justice itself". This creates a cult of personality within the populace, and the police only serve as extensions of Kamoshidaman's justice, though there are individuals who doubt him.
Kamoshidaman is the Movie that the Phantom Thieves of Hearts are forcibly transported into during a routine exploration of Mementos. They learn that, although their Phantom Thief attire and ability to summon Personas persists, it is not part of the Metaverse. Due to their suspicious behavior, they are targeted by the police and Shadows and are forced to escape, finding the Theater, but losing Makoto Niijima and Haru Okumura in the process, who are captured.

After becoming acquainted with Hikari, Nagi and Doe, the Phantom Thieves learn that the movie was not always "Kamoshidaman", but was changed to "cast" Suguru Kamoshida's likeness into the role with their arrival. They return to the movie to save their friends, with Futaba staying behind to provide navigation and Morgana staying with her as a precaution. They learn that Niijima and Okumura are set to be executed in a park and the Phantom Thieves have become wanted criminals.
Futaba calls the Phantom Thieves back to the Theater after learning of a strong presence in a locked screening room, which are revealed to be Caroline and Justine. Elizabeth and Theodore appear shortly afterwards, the latter revealing that his guest, Kotone Shiomi, was also mysteriously transported to this world. The Phantom Thieves later find and befriend her, adding her strength to the team.
Reaching the end of the movie, the Phantom Thieves try to fight Kamoshidaman to save their friends, but are quickly stopped by his oppressive power, which Niijima deduces is directly connected to a large statue of himself that swayed with the wind despite being seemingly made out of gold, leading them to deduce that it is actually light enough to be stolen. The Phantom Thieves then plan a heist of the statue, gaining access to the park's lighting, procuring materials for the production of a calling card and cardboard standee of the statue, and several balloons to send the real statue into the sky, denying Kamoshidaman its power. This allows him to be defeated, even after revealing his true form as an anthropomorphic rabbit. Kamosidaman's defeat allows the movie to end on a positive note and for Doe to produce the first key to unlock the Theater's exit.
Later, during the events of the fourth movie, it is revealed that the "Kamoshidaman" movie was based on Hikari's past experience as an elementary school student responsible with taking care of the class pet rabbit with two other students. Her teacher had given food for the rabbit, unaware that it was poisonous. Hikari knew this, warned her fellow students against feeding the rabbit and did not immediately apologize to her teacher, earning her anger. As she was a strict teacher, the rest of the class joined in bullying Hikari into apologizing.
In the depths of the Theater District, the Kamoshidaman movie, having been edited to contain a positive message, is used to screen positive emotions to the people trapped in their theaters. In the edited movie, Kamoshidaman realizes the errors of his ways and vows to fight for true justice.
