This is a list of minor Ailments in the Megami Tensei franchise. Many of these Ailments only appear in one or two games with very few members.

Shin Megami Tensei series

Frog

Frog (Japanese: 蛙, Hepburn: Kaeru) is an ailment found exclusively inside of T.D.L. in Shin Megami Tensei.

Rage

Rage (Japanese: 狂気Insanity, Hepburn: Kyōki) is an ailment used exclusively by Asura in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux.

Mud

Mud (Japanese: 汚泥Sludge, Hepburn: Odei) is an ailment used exclusively by Lahmu in Shin Megami Tensei V.

Shroud

Shroud (Japanese: 暗黒Darkness, Hepburn: Ankoku) is an ailment used exclusively by Khonsu Ra in Shin Megami Tensei V.

Last Bible series

Darkness

Darkness (Japanese: 暗闇The dark, absence of light, Hepburn: Kurayami) is an ailment in Last Bible Special. Units in darkness will have their accuracy greatly decreased.

Invisible (Japanese: 透明Transparency, invisible, Hepburn: Tōmei) is a status condition in Last Bible Special. It increases the evasion of the afflicted unit significantly. Due to a bug, however, the skill that applies Invisible fails to do so, making the condition inaccessible despite being programmed in the game and present in the manual.

Enervate (Japanese: 老化Aging, Hepburn: Rōka), is an ailment exclusively in Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden. It causes the inflicted character to behave as if they were elderly. Their accuracy is decreased and they might fail to use skills on their turn.
