Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey is a 2009 role-playing game for the Nintendo DS, and the sixth entry in the Shin Megami Tensei series. It was developed and published by Atlus and released on October 8, 2009 in Japan, and on March 23, 2010 in North America.
Strange Journey is a "side-story" in the Shin Megami Tensei series,[a] but is still officially considered to be part of the mainline series as it shared the same developmental staff.[1][2]
A remake of the game containing additional content and story changes, titled Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux, was released for the Nintendo 3DS on October 26, 2017 in Japan, on May 15, 2018 in North America, and on May 18, 2018 in Europe.
