Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner
The Wolves are one of the six major Tribes of the Junkyard, being one of the strongest tribes and mainly rivaled by the Brutes. Even with the introduction of the Atma virus and Angel's commandment, the Wolves remain at a standstill with the Brutes for a majority of the conflict.
The Embryon never visit their base of operations, Vishuda, as the Wolves are attacked Varin Omega, who single-handedly defeats most of them. Lupa and some of his forces manage to escape, while those that remained there refused to surrender and were devoured. Instead, following the events of the Deserted Ship, Lupa himself approaches the Embryon in Svadhisthana to form an alliance against the Brutes and attack Ajna from the newly-discovered Samsara Tunnels, vowing upon his honor and even giving his Tag Ring to the Embryon. Lupa himself falls victim to Varin's Hunger Wave, forcing the Embryon to kill him in self-defense.
