Persona Super Live P-Sound Bomb!!!! 2017: Minato no Hankō o Mokugekise yo! was a Persona concert held on August 2, 2017.

The concert subtitle is "Witness the Heist at the Harbor", referring to the activities of the Phantom Thieves and the concert taking place in the port city of Yokohama. After the opening acts, a voice over of Joker announces that the audience is not actually in Yokohama Arena, but rather they have entered Mementos which has become a Palace based on the desires of everyone there. Their desires have taken form of a golden treasure chest which hangs above the main stage, and the Phantom Thieves aim to steal it.

After "Rivers In the Desert", Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight were announced followed by a mashup of the openings from both games. Then a One More icon appeared and Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth was also announced.

The arena had two stages. The main, front stage was red and black with a Morgana bus. The smaller stage that was located more centrally within the audience that had lights hanging from above. The lights were based on the Persona 3 coffins and the Persona 4 murder victims.
