Noriko Kashiwagi
Noriko Kashiwagi is a character in Persona 4.
Profile
Kashiwagi is a biology teacher[1] at Yasogami High School who calls herself "Nori-chan". She has absolute confidence in her looks and gets jealous of other girls who are seen as more desirable than her, such as Rise Kujikawa. She makes for a very questionable teacher with her tendency to go on off-topic rants during class and the flirty attitude she has towards male students.

Kashiwagi is a quest NPC for:

And she will give rewards for good exam scores.

During the male protagonist's route, Kashiwagi appears on the beaches of Yakushima during Operation Babe Hunt.
Persona 4
Kashiwagi is first introduced on July 11th. After Kinshiro Morooka passes away, she takes over as the homeroom teacher for class 2-2. She seems unphased by her predecessor's passing and asks the students to have a moment of silence in honor of his passing which lasts for only a few seconds before she moves on to ranting about Rise Kujikawa due to her being an idol.[2] The students in 2-2 very quickly get sick of her during their first homeroom. In her other lessons, she brings up topics like her measurements,[3] and after the fog gets bad in Inaba, she tells her class to try exercising. She can be found on the 1st floor of the classroom building.
During the class trip to Tatsumi Port Island, Kashiwagi is responsible for booking the students to stay at the Seaside Clamshell Inn on Shirakawa Boulevard which was formerly the love hotel from the Full Moon operation in Persona 3. The students seem hesitant about staying there and recognize it as a love hotel, but Kashiwagi tells them all to go in.
In the last week of October, Kashiwagi gets busy with Yasogami High's culture festival and her homeroom class is stuck planning their class event by themselves while she plans both the beauty contest and the crossdressing contest. Due to her taking both contests seriously, the members of the Investigation Team feel they will not be able to back out of either contest and end up going through with it. During the crossdressing contest, Teddie wins and declares that the beauty contest must have a swimsuit competition too. Naoto thinks that Teddie can't just declare that on his own, but Kashiwagi likes the idea and it becomes part of the actual beauty contest. Kashiwagi competes in the beauty contest but loses to Naoto Shirogane. Her and Hanako Ohtani cry over their loss and stay overnight at the Amagi Inn together, something they do from time to time. The boys from the Investigation Team accidentally sneak into their room while trying to find the girls' room and wake the two up. Kashiwagi and Hanako assume the boys are interested in them and Kashiwagi offers herself up.
