Kuebiko is a Demon in the Megami Tensei franchise.
Profile
Origin
Kuebiko is the Shinto deity of agriculture, folk wisdom, and knowledge who is often depicted as an immobile but knowledgeable scarecrow. In the Kojiki, when Okuninushi was in Izumo, a dwarf god whose name he didn't know arrived in a boat. A toad suggested asking Kuebiko, who identified him as Sukuna-Hikona[1]. His name is derived from kueru (崩える), an archaic verb meaning 'to crumble' or 'to become shabby or disordered', and hiko (彦), an epithet for 'boy, young man', resulting in the literal translation of 'Crumbling Young Man'. He is still worshiped today, and the Kuebiko Shrine (a subordinate of the Ōmiwa Shrine in Sakurai, Nara) is dedicated to him[2].

A Japanese god of wisdom, as well as a god of agriculture and god of the rice field.
As Okuninushi built the country, a tiny god came from across the sea. No one knew his name, but when they asked Kuebiko, he told them that it was Sukuna-Hikona. Kuebiko is the deification of the scarecrow, and the name Kuebiko means "man who is falling apart," referring to a scarecrow that has become tattered by wind and rain. Because of this, scarecrows are thought to be mediums of gods, and from there he also became the god of the mountains.
