Hee-Ho-Kun
Hee-Ho-Kun is a recurring non-playable demon in the Megami Tensei franchise. Originally appearing in Shin Megami Tensei if..., this named Jack Frost would later appear in Megami Ibunroku Persona and Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne.
Profile
Origin
Hee-Ho-Kun is an original creation, being a Jack Frost wearing a different outfit. His name is a combination of Jack Frost's commonly used saying "Hee Ho" and "Kun" a Japanese honorific, normally used for referring to a male of junior status to the speaker.
Design
In Shin Megami Tensei if..., Hee-Ho-Kun appears as a Jack Frost wearing a black button up coat with small buttons. He also wears black pants, black dress shoes, and a black Peaked cap with a yellow smiley face emblem on the front. In Megami Ibunroku Persona, his design is given a grey messenger bag that goes around his neck, but otherwise appears unchanged. In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, Hee-Ho-Kun simply appears as a Jack Frost, with no design difference to any other Jack Frost.

Game Appearances
Shin Megami Tensei if...
A Jack Frost dressed in a school uniform named Hee-Ho-kun appears as an NPC in Karukozaka High School at the beginning of the game. If the Protagonist speaks to him, he will exclaim about how much he loves school and then ask to go with them, joining the party as a regular Jack Frost.
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne
Hee-Ho-Kun is a Jack Frost first found in Shibuya as the original owner of the Junk Shop, though he soon sells it to the Junk Shop Manikin once he has acquired enough funds to go on a journey to become like the "great King". He makes his next appearance at Ikebukuro, standing just outside the Mantra HQ, as he wishes to join the Mantra Army but is too scared to enter due to the flames. He will then appear in Kabuchiko Prison, where he will say that since the Mantra Headquarters were empty, he went there instead.
Eventually, he finds the Satan Magatama and ingests it, becoming a Black Frost as a result, and then uses his newfound power to take over the Prison, attracting other Jack Frosts to praise him as the Emperor of Kabuchiko. If Demi-fiend chooses to approach him, he will wish to test his power against him and will be fought as a boss. After his defeat he will return to his previous state as a Jack Frost and then slowly melt away, dropping the Satan Magatama.
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax
After Hee-Ho-Kun is defeated, a Jack Frost in the Labyrinth of Amala's Third Kalpa will proclaim that the "Emperor" has returned, and should the Demif-fiend revisit the section of the Kalpa where Dante or Raidou Kuzunoha had chased him, he meets Hee-Ho-Kun once again, somehow revived as a Black Frost and at a reduced size. The Black Frost waves off any explanation for his return and appearance and believes that if he tags along with the Demi-fiend he can become stronger, so he forcibly joins his party.
Megami Ibunroku Persona
The same uniformed Jack Frost from if... appears in Megami Ibunroku Persona.[a] He has a girlfriend named Hihoko-chan[b] who wears a sailor fuku.[c]
