Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne

After the Conception, a building in Kabukicho is repurposed into a prison for Manikins by the Mantra Army.[1] There, Manikins are tortured and drained of their Magatsuhi.[2][3][4] After Gozu-Tennoh's death, Kabukicho becomes a slum for former members of the Mantra, where Manikins continue to be tortured and drained.[5][6]

Due to the fall of the Mantra, all the prisoners held in the Mantra's Headquarters are set free, including Isamu Nitta. Having heard rumors that a Manikin who can see into the future is being held at the prison, Isamu makes his way to the prison to receive advice on how to find Yuko Takao but is captured and detained. The Demi-fiend follows after him and upon arriving at the prison, he finds out that a Mizuchi has taken over the prison, who maintains an illusionary alternate reality called the Mirage where the Manikins are held.[7] After defeating an ex-guard Naga who had briefly gone into the Mirage to torture some Manikins, the Demi-fiend obtains the Umugi Stone, which allows him to switch from being in the real world and in the Mirage. In the Mirage, the Demi-fiend finds a Manikin digging a hole in the floor with a spoon, though the spoon soon breaks as the Manikin is surprised at the Demi-fiend's arrival. Blaming him for what happened, the Manikin demands the Demi-fiend bring him a new spoon from the Collector Manikin, who was recently captured from the Great Underpass of Ginza. After finding the Collector Manikin and receiving the new spoon, the Demi-fiend brings it to the Digging Manikin, who digs a big hole with it instantly and jumps through it. The Demi-fiend is also able to jump through the hole and hears the Manikin realize that in order to escape the Prison, he must defeat Mizuchi. Before the Demi-fiend can make it to Mizuchi's room, he hears the digging Manikin being killed by Mizuchi. If the Demi-fiend attempts to go into Mizuchi's room in the real world, he is taunted by the snake demon and kicked out of the room, as Mizuchi is located in the Mirage. Facing him in the Mirage, Mizuchi is revealed to be a larger Mizuchi and attacks the party, but as he loses health, he shrinks more and more until there is nothing left of him. After Mizuchi's defeat, he drops the Miasma Magatama and the Mirage dissipates, freeing all the prisoners, including Futomimi, the leader of the Manikins and the person Isamu was looking for. Futomimi thanks the Demi-fiend for defeating Mizuchi and directs him to the room where Isamu is being held. In there, Isamu is spiteful that the Demi-fiend was too late to save him and has decided that he can only rely on himself now. Having learned how to operate Amala Drums, he uses one that was in the room with him to retreat into the Amala Network to search for his truth. Leaving the room, the Demi-fiend is thanked by Futomimi, who has gathered all the Manikins and is planning to leave the area. As a token of gratitude, he prophesizes that a man in Ginza is waiting for him and then leaves.

Later, Hee Ho, a Jack Frost, finds and ingests the Satan Magatama, becoming a Black Frost in the process. He uses his newfound power to take over Kabukicho Prison and attracts other Jack Frosts to worship him as the "Emperor of Kabukicho." If the Demi-fiend approaches him, Hee Ho will want to test his power against him. After his defeat, he will return to being a Jack Frost and drop the Satan Magatama as he melts away.
