Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army

Raiho only appears after completing the Case File no. 45 "A New Hero Emerges?" available on New Game+.

After speaking to Detective Kazama at the main entrance of Tsukudo-Cho, Raidou acquires the Bancho uniform. When arrived in front of Konnou-Ya, a Jack Frost appears before the protagonist, introducing himself as his "hee-est fan", and praising the achievements of Raidou XIV's during last cycle. Jack Frost tells that he "wants to be hee-cool and become a Raidou" then takes the Bancho uniform and makes his way to Goumaden. There, he asks Victor to fuse him with the item. The fusion occurs, and a confident Jack Frost? dressed as Raidou comes out of Konnou-Ya. The Jack Frost? starts now to present himself as "Raiho", perceiving himself as a "cooler and better" version of the protagonist.

When asking Raidou to say his name, if Raidou gets it wrong by answering "Raihee", he gets excited and uses this opportunity to confront him in a battle. If Raidou answers "Reiho", Raiho makes a joke about Rei Reiho and tells Raidou to guess again. If Raidou choses "Raiho", Raiho is disappointed and tells him that he missed his only chance to fight him. Raiho pretends he is going to disappear forever and delete the game's saved data, breaking the fourth wall. This choice does not trigger a battle, and Raiho will be simply waiting for Raidou to speak to him again and call him by the wrong name so he can challenge him to a duel.

Raidou then fights against Raiho, a few Jack Frost and Pyro Jack. A Jack Frost in Samurai attire also makes an appearance during the battle.

After that, Raiho admits his defeat but tries to trick the protagonist by faking an attack. He then tells that his dream is to become "Raiho Kuzunoha XIV". Raiho returns the Bancho uniform to Raidou and apologizes for being rude to him, asking him to not hate him.

Raiho leaves and his fusion gets unlocked at Goumaden.

Trivia

• Raiho was designed by the staff member in charge of Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army's 3D modelling on behalf of Kazuma Kaneko. This may be referring to Eiji Ishida, who was credited as Chief Designer.
