Game Appearances

Persona 4

The Desolate Bedroom takes on the appearance of an apartment room with vandalized posters of Misuzu Hiiragi and a red scarf that's fashioned like a noose. It was formed from Mayumi Yamano's thoughts. At first, it was a large dungeon similar to the other dungeons in Persona 4. After Mayumi's death, it shrank in size, and the remaining part is the dungeon's core.[1] It is visited automatically on April 14th. After, it becomes inaccessible until later in the game.

Compared to the other dungeons, these are quite small. When the two were first dropped into the TV, their dungeons were much larger, and like Yukiko and the others, they got lost in the mazes and came face-to-face with their Shadows. But since the owners of these mental images died, their dungeons have been scaled down. All that remains is a part akin to a core, like a ghost bound to the place where it died."
