Misuzu Hiiragi is an enka singer. She was previously married to Taro Namatame.

Before the start of Persona 4, Misuzu had recently exposed her husband's affair with Mayumi Yamano to the media. Following the scandal and Mayumi's mysterious death, Misuzu is not considered a suspect due to her being overseas at the time. Chie Satonaka hears that Misuzu is using the situation to promote her new album. Although Misuzu does not appear in person, posters of her can be seen around Inaba, there is a cardboard display of her in the Junes electronics department, and smaller defaced posters of her can be found in the Desolate Bedroom.
Trivia
- Her song, "Someone Else's Man", can be heard in the background of the summer festival. During Persona 4 Golden, an instrumental version plays as the background music for Shiroku Pub.
