Design

William wears high-performance athletic shoes and a fanny pack, which are a result of Ryuji's fashion sense and his involvement with Shujin's track & field team. In order to give the Persona a more "modern" theme compared to Captain Kidd, the cannon and ship that were used in Kidd's design were changed into a rail gun and a hydrofoil.

Beginning 1/14, once rank 10 of Ryuji's Confidant is reached, the protagonist may talk to Ryuji to evolve Seiten Taisei into William.
