Teppei Kobayashi is a person involved with the Megami Tensei franchise primarily as a scenario writer on Devil Survivor and Persona.

Early Life
Career
Kobayashi announced in September of 2022 that he had left Atlus.[1] On day 2 of the 2022 Persona Super Live, he tweeted that with the conclusion of the Super Live, all of his remaining work at Atlus was finally done as he came up with the original plan for the show.[2]
