This is a list of Quests in Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse, including Main Quests and Challenge Quests.
Main Quests
Main Quests are issued during the main storyline and are necessary to complete in order to advance. Main Quests reward in Experience Points and Macca when completed.

Challenge Quests
Challenge Quests are additional quests separate from the game's main story. These quests come in various types that have Nanashi perform different kinds of tasks, such as delivering items, defeating certain Demons, escorting a character, and so forth. Challenge Quests are automatically received upon reaching certain points in the main story. All Challenge Quests are optional and do not need to be completed in order to advance the game's main story.
Completed Challenge Quests alone will only reward in Experience Points and Macca; however, after completing a number of Challenge Quests, Nanashi will be given the choice between a set of two items as an additional reward for his milestone at any Hunter Association bar. The milestones are the following:
- 5 quests: Panic Rounds or Red Earring
- 20 quests: Headhunter or .50 Heavy Revolver
- 30 quests: Sage Bracelet or Master Bracelet
- 40 quests: Magic Spear of Vigor or Steel Bazooka
- 50 quests: Wise King Bracelet or Warlord Bracelet
- After 57 challenge quests are completed, Nanashi is given the Master Suit in any Hunter Association bar.
