A group of Strixes have banded together and taken over the Nikoshi Department Store, which houses a large amount of canned food. You can find the store by heading out Kinshicho's south exit and heading toward Ginza. Be warned, there's quite a few of them, and they've put up a Domain. Wipe them out and retrieve the food.

Great work. The residents of Ginza are overjoyed-- they haven't had canned goods in quite some time. The black market and legit shops in the underground have both agreed to give you a discount, so stop by their stores when you have the time.
