"Isis' Search for the Coffin" is a Challenge Quest in Shin Megami Tensei IV.
Overview
This quest may be randomly obtained from demons in Kasumigaseki while Scouting them.
Isis is in the 2nd Stratum of Naraku. If Flynn enters the room she's in while the quest is active, she recognizes him as the one who came to hear his request. As she stated before, the coffin containing her husband, Osiris, has drifted all the way to Naraku, and if he returns the coffin to her, she will reward him. She also warns him that Seth, who threw the coffin in the river in the first place, will also be there, and is certain to pursue Flynn if he leaves with the coffin. She advises Flynn to run as fast as he can to avoid being caught by him.
Behind a waterfall in the 4th Stratum, Flynn finds a beautifully-decorated sarcophagus. Since this is presumably the coffin that Isis sent him to find, he carries it with him.
While carrying the sarcophagus, Flynn can only use the Run and Next commands in battle. If he takes damage, the sarcophagus takes damage as well. If the sarcophagus' HP reaches 0, then the quest must be restarted. In addition, Seth will begin appearing as a random encounter, distinguished from the standard random encounters by having a red demon symbol instead of blue.
Upon returning to Isis' location in the 2nd Stratum, she thanks Flynn for returning Osiris' remains to her. With his coffin in her possession, she can keep his remains out of Seth's grasp, but knows that he won't give up so easily. She then gives Flynn the reward for his service, and the quest is completed.

I am Isis, the mother goddess of Egypt. My husband has been murdered by evildoers, and now his coffin has been stolen. It has been dropped in a river within a cave called Naraku. I would like someone familiar with the area to meet me on the second level.
