Evil Melody is a recurring skill in the Megami Tensei franchise.
Profile
Evil Melody instantly kills one enemy. In all appearances, it is exclusive to Trumpeter, and cannot be passed down via Fusion.
In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, Evil Melody targets the character with the lowest HP, regardless of whether they're an enemy or an ally. When fought as a boss, Trumpeter will never target itself with Evil Melody.[citation needed]
In Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse, Evil Melody deals weak Almighty damage to one enemy, and will instantly kill if the user is Smirking.
