The Calamity Hordes appear throughout Naraku's 3rd Stratum while the quest is active.

Once the last Calamity Horde is defeated, David appears, surprised that the demons who danced to his tune were eliminated. After defeating him, the quest is completed, and his Special Fusion is unlocked.

Stage	Quest Description
—	This is Hope. A nearby village appears to be having an outbreak of a fatal disease that turns one's body pitch-black. However, this is not a disease, but a curse, caused by the dancing of a group of Macabre spirits on the third level of Naraku. Eliminate them.
