Kichijoji is where the Hero and his family live, as well where his adventures initially begin when Demons suddenly invade Tokyo. Over the course of his investigations into the source of the Demons, the Hero meets the Law and Chaos Heroes who accompany him on his quest.

Notable locations in Kichijoji include Inogashira Park, where a murder is rumored to have occurred, as well as the Shopping Arcade, Hospital, and the Echo Building.

Fast Travel Summary
Main article: Kichijoji (Persona 5 Royal)

Kichijoji is added in Persona 5 Royal as an area that Ren Amamiya can visit from June 5 onward. It is most notably the location of Penguin Sniper, where party members can increase their Baton Pass Rank from playing darts; and the Jazz Jin club, as both a Confidant hangout and where party members can have their battle properties modified. Kasumi Yoshizawa and Goro Akechi can also occasionally be found at Kichijoji.

While Kichijoji itself cannot be visited in the original Persona 5, the local Inokashira Park can be visited as a hangout location. Persona 5 Royal also adds an additional event at the park where Ren forms the Faith Confidant with Kasumi Yoshizawa.
