Travis Willingham is an American voice actor who has starred in the English dubs of many video games and anime. Some of his notable roles include Guile in the Street Fighter series, Roy Mustang in Fullmetal Alchemist, Knuckles the Echidna in the Sonic series, and Perfect Cell in Dragon Ball.
In the Megami Tensei franchise he is most well known for his role as Theodore from Persona 3 Portable.
