The Parasite is said to be the true ruler of the World of Gluttony and the symbol of the Principal's gluttony, placed into him by Hazama to transform him into Orcus. To restore the Principal to normal, the Protagonist's party shrink themselves using microplasma and hide inside of a batch of Orcus's food, entering his body when he eats it. They then locate the Parasite and defeat it, which turns the Orcus back into the Principal.
