Nakamura
Nakamura is a minor character in Persona 4.
Profile
The owner of Chinese Diner Aiya enthusiastically serves all of his restaurant customers while saying, "Aiyaaa". Due to Aiya being located across the street from Tatsumi Textiles, he is acquainted with Kanji Tatsumi and his mother.
Game Appearances
Persona 4
The protagonist can visit Chinese Diner Aiya to eat and, on rainy days, attempt to eat the special meat bowl. If the protagonist completes the rainy day special, the owner will remark that he is amazed.
The owner also appears during Kanji's Social Link. On rank 2, Kanji gets embarrassed when the owner calls him "Kan-chan" and asks if he ordered something. Kanji snaps back that he already ordered, and threatens to destroy the restaurant himself before it goes bankrupt. He then gets embarrassed as, moments before, he told the protagonist that he would protect Inaba and rephrases what he said to destroy the restaurant so he can renovate it instead, which the owner is happy to hear. On rank 3, the owner calls out to Kanji in the Central Shopping District and says that a customer told him Kanji's Mother went to the hospital.
After the protagonist eats at Aiya eight times, the owner will give him a book called The Ramen Way and say that he was born in Inaba but was moved by the book and turned out the way he is thanks to the book. In Japanese, the owner's speech is based on Kyowago; aside from him saying "Aiyaaa", he also uses the particle "aru" and frequently uses katakana in his speech. However, in Kanji's Social Link, he speaks normally.
Persona 4 Golden
The owner will mention that his daughter, who attends Yasogami High School, is out doing deliveries and that business has been booming thanks to her.[a]
