The HAARP Facility is a location in Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner 2.
Gameplay
When reaching the HAARP Facility, the player can only enter the door leading inside. Doing so will transition into a series of cutscenes that lead to the next area.

The HAARP is the facility that preceded the EGG Installation for communication with God. After Serph's apparent death, its satellite dishes suddenly activate and begin uploading the Earth's data to God at a rate of 945.56 zettabytes per second. The transmission is expected to destroy the Earth before sunrise in Karma City, but it cannot be interrupted even with the destruction of the Power Plant, as it does not require manmade energy. As a last-ditch effort, Sera decides to use the HAARP to upload herself to the Sun and persuade God to spare the planet. Despite trying to go alone, the remaining Embryon decide to go alongside her, and hijack a plane in the Airport to reach the facility in time. Sera and Serph, now the only two remaining Embryon, upload themselves to the Sun, killing their bodies in the process.
