Fuuka Yamagishi is a character in Persona 3. She is a 2nd year student at Gekkoukan High School and a member of S.E.E.S..

Profile

Fuuka is a timid student at Gekkoukan who is a victim of bullying. After initially going missing from school, she becomes a member of S.E.E.S. and takes over Mitsuru's role as the primary navigator. She comes from a family of mostly doctors, though neither of her parents work in the profession. She is handy with technology and computers, and is more interested in technology-related fields than she is in medicine. She is notably clumsy when it comes to cooking and baking due to her continuously mistaking ingredients for one another.

During Persona 3, Fuuka has short hair and wears a teal patterned turtleneck shirt with white ribbons under her Gekkoukan uniform. In Persona 3 Reload, she also wears a black mantle and headphones over her school uniform as her battle attire. By the time of Persona 4 Arena, she has grown out her hair long and wears it in a braid, and is seen in a long white tunic shirt with black pants and ankle boots.

Game Appearances

Persona 3

Fuuka is mentioned several times during the game, however she does not appear until the second Full Moon Mission. She gets locked into the gym at night by other students, and subsequently gets trapped in the Tartarus for a duration of ten days. She is rescued by S.E.E.S. and awakens to her Persona Lucia. From that point onward, she becomes the navigator during battles and helps find the locations of the other eight Full Moon Shadows. She is also able to change the music to songs from Megami Ibunroku Persona, Persona 2: Innocent Sin, and Persona 2: Eternal Punishment while exploring Tartarus.
