Psychokinesis first appeared in Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei, though it was replaced with Force in Kyūyaku Megami Tensei. It later reappeared in Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner along with Persona 5 and related games. In Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal, it can deal technical damage to targets suffering from certain status ailments (Forget, Confuse, Fear, Despair, Rage, Brainwash).
