The Chagall Cafe is a restaurant located inside the mall. In Persona 3 and Persona 3 FES, the protagonist can drink coffee there to get points towards their Charm stat. In Persona 3 Portable and Persona 3 Reload, the protagonists can also work there.

Be Blue V is an accessory shop in Persona 3, a part-time job in Persona 3 Portable, and a skill changing service for party members in Persona 3 Reload.

Tatsumi East Police Station located in Paulownia Mall is the only place in Persona 3 to purchase equipment from Kurosawa other than completing Elizabeth's quests or finding equipment in Tartarus.
