Thebel is a location in Persona 3 and Persona 3 Reload located in Tartarus. The Thebel block most resembles Gekkoukan High School, which is what Tartarus is outside the Dark Hour. The Thebel block extends from Floor 2 to Floor 16 in Persona 3/FES/Portable and from Floor 2 to Floor 22 in Persona 3 Reload. It is the first block of Tartarus that must be climbed to reach the next block, Arqa.
