Purpose

Stat table template used to document the stats of Partner characters in Shin Megami Tensei II.

Usage

Stat tables are used in the Gameplay section on the character's page. It can be used with tabs to catalog different stat tables of the subject. Refer to the Gameplay guidelines for full instruction on using stat tables and tabs.

Parameters that are non-applicable to the subject, such as certain equipment, should be omitted from usage.

Parameter Notes
img
Optional; not used when parameter is omitted. By default, the template will automatically add the character's sprite as [[File:SMT2 PS {{{PAGENAME}}} Sprite.png]]. The img= parameter can be used to input a different platform abbreviation and subject name to call the sprite from. This should be used if the character's in-game name differs from the article title, if the title has a discriminator in it, or if a sprite from a specific version of the game is required.

If the stat table is to be transcluded onto another page, then the img and name parameters must be used.
name
Optional; not used when parameter is omitted. By default, the template will automatically render the character's name the same as the article name. Use the name parameter if the name differs in-game or if the article title has a discriminator in it.
Starting Equipment
The starting equipment parameters are used to display the equipment and their statistics that the character initially starts with. The first set of templates are used to display the linked equipment name. The second set of parameters display the stats that the equipment increases.

Increased stats should be formatted as +2 Evasion, with a linebreak using <br/> for every additional stat. For swords, guns, and ammo, their respective sword/gun icon should be inserted to specify which Attack and/or Accuracy stats. E.g. +2 {{Data/Icon/SMT1|sworda}} Accuracy.
