After meeting with Oberon, he is found in Old Higashi-Shinjuku, where he will inflict Aleph with various status effects, claiming he was forced to use the sap by Daleth. Upon being cornered, he will offer to sell the Infidelilly Sap for 10,000 Macca. If Aleph refuses, he can receive the sap for free.

Ronde

I'm not planning to be as complete about this one as LBS, but at least want to do a lot of the technical data since I actually have the book for it.

To-Do List

  • Demon stat table, in progress at User:Mistiryshak/sandbox5
  • Skill list and skill data module.
  • Updates to demon list, if necessary.
  • Equipment list.
  • Research how Loyalty works.
  • Research how Arcana work as a skill type
  • Character list maybe then people will realize mohammad is not actually a demon in this game and is just someone's name
  • Figure out how graphics work in this game and if there is Anything that can be used for the stat table
    • Graphics seem to be pre-rendered 3d models which are then transformed into sprites, similar to DKC. Perhaps those could be extracted and used

Last Bible Special

LBS atwiki for when im away from home and ga/you's page for the same reason

To-Do List

Things that need done, but can't be done yet:

  • Add LBS data to skill pages (technical data, gotta wait on SkillEfct update)
  • Update stat tables when stat table revamp is finalized

Not-To-Do List

With the project nearing the end, things I won't be doing (at least for now):

  • Adding gifs/screenshots of how every spell looks (I don't have the time or patience for that; it would require 100+ hours of grinding and another full playthrough of the game)
  • Adding in Profile/Origin for every single job (I don't think it requires as much knowledge to explain what an Archer is vs. "Mujtahid", and so I will leave these to future editors)
  • Explaining concepts explained outside of LBS such as Gaia, Force, and the nature of Beasts
  • Adding fan translation names and terms (though I have them and will gladly share for if anyone else wants to)

Notes

For my future research in identifying beasts and more.

  • Yakudara. May be related to something involving the character 厄, which can be read as "yaku" and has connotations of bad luck, evil, and disaster.
  • Gouou. Has exactly one lead: a misspelling of "go-ou", or 牛王, a heavily shortened way to refer to "Gozu Tennoh".
  • Susatsu finally has a lead, potentially coming from 荒む (to go wild, to become degenerate), which can be read as susamu and fits perfectly with the oni theming. I can't find a lead on where the つ comes from, but this feels like it's so close to the right track!...
  • Ashagi. Another one with exactly no leads. Scratch that, it's possible it's Ašgi/Ashgi, a Mesopotamian god. But why that would crop up here alongside a bunch of demons is beyond me. But it's the only thing that has come up so far. There's also ritual spaces called Kami-Asagi in the Ryukyu islands, but... yeah. Even Ashgi is more likely than that. I feel like it's probably Asha-gi with gi being 鬼, though, which leaves me wondering what "asha" could be. I'd really like to wrap this mystery up...
  • Project is honestly a hail Mary attempt at a name for this thing, as Projection was the term for how the Philosopher's Stone would transform other matter into gold. The actual katakana reads as "purojute" which is, uh, not helpful whatsoever and the only possible meaning I can find is the French verb for "to project". No explanation seems great and the depiction tells me nothing.
