Persona 4 / Persona 4 Golden

Starting in May, the protagonist can purchase items from Tanaka's Amazing Commodities on Sundays. Once a thick fog envelopes Inaba during November, Tanaka begins selling sets of gas masks and first aid kits for ¥29,800 that always sell out instantly, and the protagonist becomes unable to purchase anything from the shopping program.

In Golden, Tanaka's program airs Sunday through Tuesday. After the fog lifts at the end of 2011, Tanaka resumes his normal business in January and the protagonist is able to order from his program again.

Persona 5 / Persona 5 Royal

Tanaka runs the dark net website Tanaka's Shady Commodities, where the protagonist can purchase items to be mailed to Leblanc after purchasing and fixing the Broken Laptop.

Persona 5: The Phantom X

Tanaka reprises his role as the host of Tanaka's Shady Commodities, which is accessed through an online shopping app on the protagonist's smartphone. The shopping app is unlocked after achieving rank 1 of the Mio Natsukawa Confidant.

Persona 3 The Movie 3: Falling Down

President Tanaka can be seen trying to recruit Maiko Oohashi for his production, but is interrupted by Makoto Yuki. Makoto accidentally rips his suit in the process and takes a part-time job at Chagall Cafe to pay him back.

Persona 4 The Animation

Tanaka appears in episode 14 as the host of Tanaka's Amazing Commodities.
