Post-end game content refers to content in certain Megami Tensei franchise games that is made available following the game's ending. In these instances, the game allows the player to continue playing with the addition of new unlocked content on the same save file. The content may either become available after the ending, or just prior to it when the save file is reloaded.
Post-end game content should not be confused with a New Game+, sometimes also referred to as a New Cycle, where new content or changes only become available after starting a new game.

Shin Megami Tensei II
After completing the game and reloading the same save file, the Diamond Realm can be accessed as an extra dungeon outside of Shinjuku. The Diamond Realm features a number of sections closely based on locations from Shin Megami Tensei, each of which are locked behind certain stat and Alignment requirements to enter.
Last Bible series
Last Bible
In the Game Boy and Game Boy Color versions, the game can be continued past the ending. Completing the game allows the Gaia Masters Lucifer, Michael, Baal, and Belial to be encountered and recruited.
Post-end game content is not available in the Game Gear version, which concludes after the game's ending.

The 8th Day becomes available after achieving either the Yuzu, Naoya, or Amane route endings. After achieving either of these endings, the game will prompt the player if they want to proceed with the 8th Day in addition to creating new game Clear Data in a new or preexisting save file. The 8th Day immediately follows the previous ending and adds new story content.
