Jack's Squad is a group in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey. They are business-oriented mercenaries led by Captain Jack who seek to make a profit off of the Schwarzwelt's Demons and other natural resources, rather than destroy it.

In Sector Eridanus, Arthur detects an unidentified signal coming from Sector Carina and has the Strike Team reunite within the Red Sprite. Muccino had sent a signal back to its source, but receives no reply. Thinking it's from the missing ship the Gigantic, the crew decides that although escape is a priority, they shouldn't try to leave any survivors behind. Upon discovering the ship, Arthur scans it to determine that it's the Lightning belongs to a private foundation rather than a government body like the ones sent by the U.N. Schwarzwelt Investigational Team. Soon, the Red Sprite's crew's Demonica's pick up an audio-only communication telling them that if they have permission to board this ship, however, only a few people should board as they don't want to get infiltrated. Believing the situation to be safe enough, and that this unknown group doesn't appear to be hostile, Arthur delegates the protagonist and Jimenez to represent them.
Inside the ship, the two witness a group of men in all-black Demonicas as one of the men introduces himself as Jack, the leader of a corps known as Jack's Squad. Jimenez introduces himself and the protagonist in turn, and Bugaboo tries to talk too, through Jimenez makes him hush down. Jack explains that it's thanks to the information gathered by the Red Sprtie and the Joint Project that they can explore the Schwarzwelt without incident. Here they have two priorities here: profit and wealth, and admit that they're somewhat on unequal footing due to the Red Sprite's more noble goal. He proposes a non-aggression pact to prevent any fighting between humans in such a Demonic world. They agree as Jack notices that their Demonica have superior Forma-searching capabilities. Jack calls upon his subordinate Ryan to name three Forma types they currently lack and ask the Red Sprite to find it for them, and upon completion of this request, their non-aggression pact will be put into practice.
While exploring Sector Fornax, Arthur detected suspicious activity from Jack's Squad, leading to the discovery of Jack's Squad HQ.
When revisiting Jack's Squad HQ how that its under Ryan's control, they are attempting to enslave Demons and are doing more experiments on them to lead a revolt against the Red Sprite for their deeds in killing Jack. Zelenin begs Mastema for a peaceful way to end the fighting between the Red Sprite and the Lighting, and thusly grants her power as a Judge blessed by God who can peacefully stop Jack's Squad. Should the protagonist side with Zelenin to stop Ryan without killing, she will sing to mesmerize and bring the men to their knees in prayer. They release their demons without force who go back into the Scwarzwelt. Their ultimate fate after this is unknown. If the protagonist sides with Jimenez, he and the rest of the Red Sprite shoot down every single member and free the demons, with greatly upsets Zelenin since they killed men who were submitting to not only her, but to God.
