Origin

Fuutai is officially stated to a fortune and storm deity from Henan Province in China that can move the heavens and the earth; it has a human face and tiger's tail. It is likely intended to be Taifeng, a deity with those characteristics from the Classic of Mountains and Seas.

Design

In Megami Ibunroku Persona, Fuutai is depicted as an anthropomorphic tiger with long, blonde hair wearing long, blue pants and a belt.
