The fertility goat first appears when Athirat appears in Hatsudai Shelter, so after Athirat devours Yuuka Tachibana they leave.

When Ayato Katsuragi is told to go to the Mother Venus Cult HQ by members of the cult to see Shizuna Kakusei she calls Athirat to attack Katsuragi, the fertility goat also happened to be with Athirat at the moment.
